During the boring mix of Tv shows that dealt with serious subjects such as family issues, society criminal activities and other grave topics, there came a fresh gift to the Tv show viewers called the Small Wonder, first aired in the year 1985.
The series was all about a family of a robotic engineer Ted Lawson, who bought home the extra robot, called Voice Input Child Indenticant or Vici in the form of a ten-year-old girl, who he made his daughter. The idea of having a robotic child was liked by his wife Joan. However, the extra mechanical kid Vicky was not much liked by their son Jamie initially.

This series was a boon to the kids as well as their parents, who enjoyed the family story, as the content was about the behavior of the family members and the robotic daughter Vicky. The show was popular for the activities of Vicky and the speed at which she managed to pull off the most difficult tasks both household and outdoors.
The wonder girl also had a vice side in her called Vanessa, who was extremely foul-mouthed, manipulative and unfaithful. Apart from this funny side to the character, the kids may learn many other aspects from the Tv show. Though the view of the show recaps were not that popular those days, there were extra timing allotted to this show. The recaps of Tv shows were too noted and habitancy liked them so much that the recaps were viewed with the same levels of interest.
