As requested here is a Downton Abbey inspired hairstyle. I did a fair amount of research before trying to recreate her style. I tried to make it look as historically accurate as possible. Rats were commonly used to create fuller looking sides (which was helpful for supporting many popular hat styles). This style works best on hair that is slightly dirty, as slightly dirty hair holds better than freshly washed hair.
